Sone se 30 min pehle phone band. Blue light neend kharab karti hai.
*Dimagh khali karo
Sone se pehle tension likh lo diary mein ya Allah se baat kar lo. "Kal dekh lenge" bol kar chhor do.

*Mahol thanda rakho
Kamra halka andhera, halki thandi hawa, saaf bistar. Garmi + noise = neend kharab.

*Halka khana + Dua
Bhar pet khana nahi. Sone se pehle Ayat-ul-Kursi + 3 baar "Bismika Allahumma amootu wa ahya".
