Cooler ke aage baraf ki bottle rakh do. Kamray ki khirki thori khuli rakho taake hawa cross ho.
*Warning signs pehchano
Chakkar, ulti, bohat paseena, ya paseena band ho jaye = Heatstroke. Foran saaye mein jao + paani piyo + doctor.
*Sabse zarori: Pyaas lage us se pehle paani piyo. Pyaas = body already dehydrate ho chuki.
