Season 13 doesn't feel like a clean checklist. It feels like a desk covered in notes, charms, and half-finished ideas. You'll get more from testing smart Diablo 4 Items around one real plan than from smashing dungeons on autopilot.
Patch noise without the panic
The 3.0.x updates have mostly been tidy work, not a full wrecking ball. Ball Lightning got cleaned up, a few Barbarian bugs stopped being silly, and Talismans make a bit more sense now. Still, nobody should get too comfy.
PTR chatter is already poking at Sorcerer burst, Overpower nonsense, and a few charm values. If your whole build depends on one weird interaction, yeah, maybe keep a second setup in the stash.
