Delete Your Account and Data

• Account deletion is irreversible — once deleted, the account, coins and content cannot be recovered.
• The unused coins in your wallet will be lost. Coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred — if you want, spend them inside the platform before deletion.
• There is currently no one-click delete button in the app — deletion requests come by email and our admin team processes them manually (the reason and method are below).

1. From your registered email address send the email from it — a request sent from any other email will not be accepted, because we first need to verify that the account is yours.
2. Send the email to this address: support@partvibe.com
3. The subject must be: “Delete My Account”
4. In the email body, write your @username and your registered email address.
5. After verifying ownership, we will within 7 days start the deletion process, and the whole process within 30 days is completed.
6. Once deletion is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Pressing the button will open your email app with the subject/body ready — write your @username and email, then press Send.

Will be deleted:

• Your profile (name, @username, photos, bio) and login access
• Your posts, stories, and comments
• Your direct messages
• If you have a store, your store and its products
• Order history visible from your side
• Your wallet account (unused coins are lost — see above)

Will stay on record (for limited reasons):

• Coin transaction ledger entries are kept for fraud prevention and legal audit, but your personal identity (name, email, username) is removed from them and they are anonymized.
• Content other people have already saved or screenshotted cannot be taken back.
• Data in system backups is purged within 90 days.

If you only want to stay away for a while, you do not need to delete your account — just log out or stop using the app. Your account, coins and content will stay safe and you can come back anytime. Only choose deletion if you really want to leave for good.
