Terms of Service

PartVibe is a location-based social platform: when you register, you select your Province, District and City, and your feed, city news, marketplace, stores and people are shown accordingly. We do not track your GPS location — the city is the one you select yourself. The service includes posts, stories, messages, marketplace, coins, games and gifts (VIP Prizes). We may change or improve features over time to make the service better.

• Correct information: give your real name and correct email when registering, and select your city correctly — the wrong city will make your feed wrong too.
• Your password is your responsibility: do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for activity from your account. The PartVibe team will never ask you for your password.
• Username: your @username is your identity. Creating an account under someone else's identity, or using a name to deceive someone, is not allowed.
• If you break the rules: if you break these Terms or our safety rules, your content may be removed or your account may be closed. If you have a problem, create a ticket on Support.

• Original and clean content: posting fake news, spam, or the same thing again and again is not allowed. Keep a difference between your city's real news (News) and everyday chat (Status).
• Do not harass anyone: Abuse, threats, humiliating someone, or sharing someone's private information (phone, address) is not allowed.
• Your content is yours: you are responsible for what you post. Public content is visible to other users — think before you post anything.
• Report and Block: if you see inappropriate content, report it or block the user. Reports go to the admin queue and action is taken after review.

PartVibe coins are a virtual, in-platform currency. Coins have no cash value —they can never be withdrawn and cannot be exchanged for money. Coins can only be earned and spent inside PartVibe — for example on Boost, Shop items, music, tips and gift entry.

The coin rate is always the same: Rs 1 = 10 coins. Coins from a deposit arrive after admin approval. Coins earned by cheating (fake accounts, fake activity) can be taken back, and action may be taken on the account.

• Store and products: to sell, first create your Store, then add products inside that same store — with the right title, description, price (Rs), and photo.
• Order journey: an order goes from PENDING to CONFIRMED, then SHIPPED and finally DELIVERED. Payment is manual/offline: the buyer places the order and the seller confirms by phone.
• Review: a review can only be given on a DELIVERED order — only one review per order. Action may be taken on fake reviews or fake orders.
• Buyer and seller responsibilities: The buyer and seller decide the product quality, delivery and payment details between themselves. If there is a problem, create a ticket on Support with the order details.

There is only one active VIP Prize (gift) at a time. You can only join a new prize after the draw of the prize you joined. The draw automatic, and the winner is chosen from all real users — there are no fake users, fake entries, or pre-decided winners.

Some gifts may have eligibility conditions — for example, being active for a few days first, or referrals. Check your progress on the Gifts page. The draw result and winner are shown on the platform.

You can have your account and the personal information linked to it deleted. The full step-by-step method is on the Account Deletion Guide When deleted, your personal content is removed; coin ledger entries are kept anonymized to prevent fraud and for audit — see the Privacy Policy for details.

We may update these Terms over time. Important changes will be announced on the platform and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use PartVibe after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
